I helgen har vi modifierat husmodellens planlösning och uppgett närmare specifikationer för ett sådant hus. Tanken är att en byggare ska ordna ritningar och skapa en offert för att bygga huset med en totaltentreprenad istället för med hustillverkaren. Allt beror på priset och hur mycket hus vi kan få för pengarna. Det gick inte att reservera tomten utan vi måste köpa den och sedan ansöka om bygglov inom sex månader eftersom köpet annars går åter. Just nu känns allting väldigt förvirrat och det finns nackdelar och fördelar med lösvirkeshus såväl som med hus som kommer i moduler och monteras under samma dag. Imorgon ska vi träffa banken och ikväll lägger vi oss tidigt för att sova ikapp de timmar som vi gick miste om i natt. Ibland går det helt enkelt inte att sova.
This weekend we have modified the house model indoors and made detailed specifications for such a house. The idea is that constructor will arrange for drawings and make a preliminary appreciation of the building costs instead of only communicating with the house model salesman. Everything depends on the price and how “much house” we can get for our money. We were unable to reserve the plot and we have to buy it and then apply for a planning permission within six months or else the purchase would otherwise go back. Right now everything feels very confused and there are disadvantages and advantages of houses built from scratch on a plot as well as with a house that comes in modules and assembles together on the same day. Tomorrow we’ll meet the bank and tonight we have to go to bed early in order to catch the hours of sleep we didn’t get last night. Sometimes it is simply impossible to sleep.
