Vi har tecknat ett reservationsavtal för ett gavelradhus på Sidsjön. Radhuset ska byggas och står färdigt våren 2012. Vi är så lyckliga! Vi har växt ur vår nuvarande lägenhet och är övertygade om att vårt nya boende kommer att passa oss väldigt bra. Som de flesta av bloggen läsare redan vet, så har vi letat efter ett hus att köpa under en tid. Eftersom det inte är aktuellt att bygga ett nytt hus och Magnus inte är intresserad av ett begagnat hus med allt underhåll som krävs har vi därför hittat ett boende som kommer att fungera utmärkt för oss båda. Det är ett gavelradhus med extra köksfönster ovanför diskbänken, två badrum, ett stort master bedroom på 16 m² med en anslutande walk-in-closet på ca 4 m² (bland annat)! Vi hade gärna bott närmare våra familjer, men samtidigt har vi oerhört nära till stan, motionsspår, underbar natur och våra respektive arbeten.
We have signed a reservation agreement for an end terrace house (row house?) on Sidsjön. Radhuset has to be built first and is finished in spring 2012. We are so happy! We have outgrown our current apartment and are confident that our new housing will suit us very well. As the majority of blog readers already know, we’ve been looking for a house to buy for some time. Since there is no question of building a new house and Magnus are not interested in a “used” house with all maintenance required, we have found a housing that will work great for both of us. It’s an end terraced (row-house) house with extra kitchen window above the sink, two bathrooms, a large master bedroom of 16 m² with a connecting walk-in closet of approximately 4 square meters (among other things)! We would have liked to have lived closer to our families, but we have extremely close to the heart of the city, trails, wonderful nature and our respective jobs.
